	My 2 1/2 year old laptop was operating slowly, froze up from time to time, and I was getting some double images. The C drive showed 46 GB in use. Jason Hansen took it on Friday afternoon, July 16 for clean-up. Mid-day on Saturday, July 17, I picked it up and it operated more rapidly, no freeze-up, no double images. The C drive shows 37.1 GB in use. Jason had also noted - - and fixed - - fuzz accumulated on the air intake, bottom side, and hinges loose. Much appreciated!

	Heartland Computers recently built three new computers for public use in the Mondamin Public Library. He also networked the server and circulation desk, and various printers. We have been extremely satisfied with their work. Recently, Raj was in again to service a problem we were having. He solved our problem and introduced me to the TeamViewer, which is an amazing tool that allows him to work on our computers remotely. Raj knows what he is doing and works hard to get your computers set up the way you expect as well as helping you understand the technology. I feel secure in knowing he will be able to handle anything that comes up and would highly recommend Heartland Computers.

	Roger is an extremely competent hardware and software technician, a real gentleman and an honest business man. He goes above and beyond to help you with your computer problems and gets things resolved right away in a very professional manner. 	Roger proved himself to be not only a techinal guru but a marriage counselor. My wife managed to "cripple" our computer and made Internet Explorer inoperable. Nothing I tried worked.
