Our children received a computer for Christmas this year. We purchased the system thru Raj in Atlantic. Neither of us are very "computer literate", but Raj assured us if we had any problems hooking it up after we got home he was just a phone call away! The day after Christmas we had to call Raj! He came that evening-on icy roads-to our rural home and spent a few hours patiently explaining things at "our level" so we could better understand what he was doing. SERVICE is everything! As of tonight, we will be a returning customer to Heartland Computers. They truly stand by you when you need assistance. Thank You for everything!

We have used Heartland Computers since they opened the store in Missouri Valley a few years ago. It was a much needed service for our area. Raj and Ryan are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you don't understand something they will put it in "layman" terms to make it easy for you. With our business, we need very prompt service and they have delivered.
