Computer Technician/Manager

SPECIFIC DUTIES
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as workstation, servers, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards. Able to build new system/server and repair old pc. Exceptional technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows2000/XP/Vista and 2003 server, MAC, Microsoft office 2003/2007 Suites, Quickbook. Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment. Able to communicate effectively over the phone or in person. Strong customer-service orientation. Positive attitude a must. Candidate must be able to follow company policy in very responsive manner. Flexible and open to change. Results oriented. Able to work with minimal supervision. Detail oriented and analytical skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
EDUCATION
Certifications MCP, A+ desired but not required. Associate Degree or equivalent work experience with a Degree in either Computer Science or Business highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE
1-4 years equivalent work experience.
